Using Team-Today

How do I activate the free 30 day trial?

Sign up for free on the website here. You can access most features without activating the trial but you are limited to 10 users. To remove any restrictions on users simply email us at hello@team-today.com.

We'll start your 30 day free trial where you can add as many users as you wish and activate all features.

At the end of the trial period, we'll simply ask if you'd like to continue using our software. If you decide to continue, we'll help you seamlessly transition to a subscription plan. On the other hand, if you choose not to continue, we'll promptly remove your data from our platform.

No need to worry about hidden charges, upfront payments, or long-term commitments. We believe in giving you the opportunity to try before you buy, ensuring you make the right decision for your needs.

How do I add Team Today to Microsoft Teams?

One amazing feature of Team Today is that you can set it up within Microsoft Teams. This means everyone can use Team Today without leaving Microsoft Teams.

How to install from the Microsoft App store
1. Follow this link to open Microsoft Teams.
2. If you have created an account then simply log in or create an account on our website first.
3. You can right click the Team Today icon within the toolbar on the left to Pin the app so its always visible in your tool bar.

You will need to manage users and billing on the website (Team-Today.com) due to Microsoft app restrictions.

Is there an app?

As Team today is available within Microsoft Teams there is no need to download a separate app, instead simply use Microsoft Teams and Team Today will appear in both mobile and desktop apps.

Can I use Team Today on my phone?

Yes, Team Today is designed responsively.

This means it optimises the view for mobile or desktop depending on what device you are viewing it on. Everything you can do on a desktop you can do on your mobile phone.

If you have the Microsoft Teams installation you can simply view it within the Teams app on your phone without having to download a separate app.

A lot of customers add Team Today to their home screens which then replicates an app without the need to download one.

How to add on iPhone
1. Open Safari and login to Team-Today.com.
2. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the Safari browser.
3. Then tap Add to Home Screen from the menu.

How to add on Android
‍1. Launch the “Chrome” app.
2. Go to Team-Today.com and login
3. Tap the menu icon in the Chrome Browser (3 dots in the upper right-hand corner) 4. and tap Add to home screen."

How does it sync with Outlook and Google calendars?

By signing up with your Office 365 or Google not only is your account completely secure with your own companies security protocols but Team-Today is able to sync to your calendar with no set up at all… it just simply works. Add an event in Team-today and it’ll appear within a few seconds in your Outlook, Teams or Google calendars.

Can I manage users via Active Directory and Azure

You certainly can, this means company leavers and starters are automatically handled by your normal HR process. One less thing to worry about! Your IT admin can follow the instructions here to get it set up.

I use Google, does it sync to Google calendars?

Yes Team Today has been approved by Google. Create a secure Team-Today account by simply signing up to Team-Today with your Google account. This will then link all your events to your calendar.

Can it handle multiple offices and floors?

Yes Team Today is designed to work for large and small organisations. You can create as many offices, floors and areas as you like.

Yes Team Today is designed to work for large and small organisations. Our infrastructure is designed to scale from a team of ten to ten thousand.

Billing and payments

Is it Free for teams up to 10 people?

Yes, completely 100% true, we don’t charge a thing for small teams.

If I upgrade will I still get ten users free?

Yes, you’ll always have ten FREE users so you’ll only pay for additional users.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes you can cancel anytime if you are on the monthly plan. We would just charge the last month you used it so if you cancelled in February, we would charge for February.

How do you handle payments?

We have fully integrated Stripe into Team-Today to handle annual and monthly payments. We do also offer manual invoicing and payments via bank transfer. This option is only available for annual plans.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are on an annual plan you can also pay via a bank transfer. We don’t accept Paypal unfortunately.

Are there any hidden fees?

No our aim is to provide the best possible service for a fair price. We believe great customer service comes from putting people and teams before profits.
