Guide

You can tap a day or the blue button to set your "Whereabouts"

How to Set Whereabouts

  1. In "Team View" or "Company View" tap the blue "Set Your Whereabouts" button
  2. This will open a drawer with the options for each day
  3. Make a choice for the day and the selection will automatically move to the next day for you to make your next choice
  4. Team Today will automatically save your changes and sync to your work calendar (if sync is enabled)
  5. To close the expanded menu simply tap the cross icon.
If you only fill in a partial week ensure you save whereabouts or press the close button

Splitting your Day into AM and PM

You can also split your day in two, for example you might decide to work from home in the morning but work in the office in the afternoon.

  1. In "Team view" or 'Company View" tap the blue "Set Your Whereabouts" button
  2. This will open a drawer with the options for each day
  3. Select AM or PM on the left hand side when setting Whereabouts to specify whether you are setting your movements for the morning or afternoon.
The AM and PM buttons are available on the left hand side

Syncing to your Work Calendar

If you have logged in with an Office 365 account or a Google account your choices will be automatically added to your Outlook or Google work calendar. If you have issues with syncing your Whereabouts please check the trouble shooting guide here.

Setting Whereabouts for Colleagues

Team admins and company admins can set "Whereabouts" on others behalf's. Simply choose the user you would like to edit and set their whereabouts as you would set your own.

IMPORTANT: This doesn't automatically update their calendar, the user needs to accept the changes the next time they log in.
